Biotin Can Help Reverse Hair Loss


Biotin, also known as vitamin H, can help strengthen the hair and prevent it from falling out. In fact, a person who does not have enough biotin in her body may experience hair loss. There are other ways to get PABA since it is found in foods such as wheat germ, brewer’s yeast, and liver. Other sources of PABA include molasses, eggs, and whole grains such as rice.
